Here are a few of the things we have unearthed since getting our Fisher F2 metal detector. I am proud to say that we finally found our first piece of jewelry. We found the men's necklace on the bottom of the picture at the Folsom Lake last Friday evening at 2.5". On the top right you can see an old Remington 12 gauge shot gun shell, found that at Fair Oaks Park at about 3" deep. Other interesting items in this picture are as follows: quite a bit of clad coinage, hot wheels, bottle opener, fishing weights, costume jewelry, brass water nozzle, fishing lure, a square nail, costume jewelry bracelet, some lead wheel weights, and an expended 9mm round. It's just amazing what you can find in just a few hours.

I'm surprised the booty you found stuck around long enough for you to take a picture. Oh that's right Melanie was out of town hehe.
